Central Casting. Whenever Trump is trying to show somebody as a prosthetic show fake, he says they are from central casting. It's a fake compliment, because the objects think he is calling them star material.

Having said all that, in an age of memetic hijacking, she shouldn't have made those facial expressions. If you watch the interview, you clearly see that Sweeney had more facial expression control than Stoeffel-The-Media-Pro did.
Sweeney clearly had more meme-proof coaching.
