For me, it's a tough choice.

Too many targets I want to choose, not enough nukes.

(sigh) ok, here we go:

1) Mekka

2) LA or NY City. Depending on where the damage for Dems is most effective in which state's loss of Congressional and Electoral College seats/votes hurts the most. I am leaning towards LA even though emotionally I realty fucking hate NYC (and the East Coast in general).

3) Kolkata or Hong Kong. Just to fuck with one of those two nations. It would set that nation back a few decades for sure. If I could allocate 4 nukes instead of 3, then definitely both

If this were purely an emotional-driven choice, then either the three largest cities of France or India works for me.

PS If the nuke detonations don't need to happen simultaneously, then I would skip Mekka and go with Hong Kong going off 48 - 72 hours after Kolkata. That should cause China and India to have a nuclear war. That would be worth sparing Mekka.

LA about 18 months after that.

Maybe they should just keep the best parts of the TSA?
