SCOTUS stuff is often misinterpreted and everything depends on the 'fine print' in the decisions, but we are seeing the Fed appeals trends running against the fake voter and ballot stuffing/capping efforts for the Federal elections. As far as state elections, who knows, they states may be able to run as rampant as they want.

We already voted now, so that's that, we'll check later to see that it was correctly entered. If not, we will issue a report to sheriff. It is said the vote becomes a straw poll, anyway, and the ultimate election is in the machinery of certifications, electors and Congress.

It's gonna be a tremendous mess by design, that the Dems hope they can muddy the waters and push the frauds. A lot of the pundits have stated that things might not be resolved until spring, and others have stated that as the Dems try to exploit the election mechanisms to keep Trump out, those same mechanisms will perforce have to be carried back to the 2020 elections and the whole four your Biden Actor cancer will become excised in some manner.
