I went past the alleged Bono death tree patch at Tahoe many times. It was a green (lowest level) shallow slope for beginners, and the alleged tree clump was right in the middle of a wide area of groomed slope (easy to miss or turn away from). Yeah, he might have gotten some scratches if he had gone in there, but killed? Nahhhh.
Everybody knows that Scalia was assassinated by Ruth Bader with piano wire garrote, and a pillow placed over his head to hide his tormented, purple choking face and bug eyes. They were supposed to be friends, but Scalia said some snotty things that she took exception to and decided to terminate the old fellow to try to get another rabid communist on the court.
