It's like the recent bill 'passed' in California for optics giving illegal immigrants large down payments for houses. It's another Kommie air promise lie thing to garner votes, even though it won't last long in the Constitutional Skeet Shoots that greet almost everything coming out of the California Legislature these days. Also, like reparations baloney, THERE'S NO MONEY TO FUND IT and any gesture will bankrupt the State.

Of course, the stupids don't know that, and the Dumb Kopf Optics to secure votes will work, anyway. In like Obama with all of his non-existent debt forgiveness promised to voters of color.
