Charge them with crimes and put them in prison (shut them down or break them up) for Treasonous Acts like this:

Raytheon sold $200M of secret equipment to CHYna.

One of the main dodges of the 'corporate fiction' is to create an entity that avoids liability for the humans (governments) that manage and profit from them.

The responsible humans can be prosecuted in theory, and there is sword rattling about this, but seldom are, because most of them are in the old boys clubs and sit on several boards. As usual, there is a difference between theory and practice. Criminal prosecution of individuals won't necessarily be levied for criminal acts, only as a handle for going after those off the reservation to be punished or made an example of for not obeying or conforming to the PTB.

If you notice, the big corporations commit all kinds of crime (Pharma) but are usually fined (taxed) but you don't hear about any of their executives being prosecuted (just the opposite, they are shifted back and forth into government positions and lobbying firms). They also have a huge wall of lawfare and insurance protecting them. There doesn't seem to be a lot of difference between these fines and de facto laundering and bribery to the government.

I'm not even sure that DOD or DARPA defense covered corporations can even be sued for their assets, much less criminal liability. Putting the toxxines under auspices of DOD/DARPA was supposed to be one of the dodges to exempt Pharma from liability.

Thanks, interesting that the DOJ put out that PDF while essentially being an agent of the largest corporations itself.

We need a mechanism by which the people themselves can directly vote on whether to dissolve a corporation.

Disagree. The assumption is just that, that we're selling top notch equipment to China. Even if we did, are the Chinese even capable of using it? Raytheon makes equipment here. The Chinese have no clue if they're getting faulty products. They also have no ability to use anything we sell them against us. They can't even sail a ship to CA without taking out Hawaii which is impossible. They don't have a nuclear driven navy. They'd need multiple tanker ships, that are easy targets and their Navy is dead in the water.

If Raytheon is paying corporate taxes I don't see a problem. Let's be honest, we all know we're fucking with China and they're dip shits. Strategically it could be a clever move.

The Clinton thugs committed the greatest act of treason - they let China have the tech for advanced inertial guidance systems. Not even the Soviets would give this shit to the CCP. Advanced guidance systems allow intercontinental range for nuclear missiles. Before, China could only lob missiles along ballistic trajectories and couldn't even hit Hawaii. Now, they're launching probes to the moon, and all their missiles can hit anywhere in the world. If the walls of the Lincoln Bedroom could talk. . . .

Sure they do. After all, the Chinese provided the chips and related electrical components.

You can't instigate WWIII without a well armed Hegelian opponent.
