The Globalists must have studied a threshold beyond which treason, subversion and lies are so ubiquitous, so extreme, and so commonplace in daily intercourse that prosecution was simply impossible without the wheels of state grinding entirely to a halt.

In other words, these activities cannot be stopped merely by the fact that they are deceptive, treasonous OR subversive, a kind of bizarre immunity of imposed paralysis.
