Sues the guy who interviewed her and made her famous and an overnight millionaire for any and all rights to the video she consented to. And they had asked for was a shout out. She's hoping they don't have enough for a long legal battle and let her have it.

Oh yeah fuck him! So he came to her to extort some "Sump in Sumpin" because he got her started.
So then she says fuck you and sues him for exploiting her video in the first place. Good for her.
Now she's trademarked the phrase and has a podcast, she can sue him for the video that got it all started. Which quite fankly she didn't ask for. But I do admire that she's commanding control of what came next.

He's another "Girls gone wild" predator, trying to capitalize on drunk girls just out trying to have fun.

I doubt she's a millionaire.

Probably on her way. She got like $10k to appear at some event for 10 minutes, and she's done dozens of them and has the 3rd rated podcast or something now.

He simply asked for a shout out for his channel on her Podcast. Now she's trying to sue him that her voluntary interview is her intellectual property.

Damn, like a divorce settlement where the wife claims all, including what the man brought into the marriage.

That video of her was old. In the context of him asking other ladies out on a festive night of drinking, how to keep their men satisfied.
There were other saucy remarks made by other women. Why he picked her to make a short, with content taken out of context? She didn't ask to be the Hauk Tuah girl, but I do admire her controlling it. I think she should win and set precedence, so that these other Youtube and Ticktockers trying to use people to make content. Should be put on notice. Your next viral blowup, just might all go to the person you trolled or thrust in the viral spotlight.

Be talented and creative, people on the street don't owe you relevancy. And shame on you, if you have drag them into it, because you can't be interesting for 60 seconds.

Dude, all he did was interview her. She's a consenting adult. She's turned that interview into hundreds of thousands of dollars for herself in just a few months. Some say she's made over a million already.

And she's such an egotistical ingrate, that instead of saying "Thanks to Snuffy for interviewing me that made it all possible!" she's suing him to get exclusive rights over an interview HE conducted that she voluntarily agreed to that made HER prosperous and famous.

I guarantee the lawyers told her it's not going to happen, but they can run him down with legal expenses until he goes away. Remember: He's not asking for money, he's simply asking for a shoutout on her top podcast.

She sure isn't saying "Leave me alone, I was ambushed while tipsy, respect my privacy." She's more Meghan Merckle, milking it for every dime while claiming it's all her.

"Dont You Want Me, Baby?" and "Baby Jane" over and over again. Money and Attention: "I dids it all by myself" Anything bad: "Evil men took advantage of poor little girl me"

I don't do interviews generally. Definitely would never do one about sex. I've done interviews about the sport I was in, my band and one random live food interview.

I learned a lot about what an interview could do. The one about the band got me the most heat. No clue why they called the drummer. I said some stupid shit about the band name. I think I was 16. I never even met the kid the band was named after and just repeated stories from other band members.

They printed it. So after that I take any conversation pretty cautiously. I don't mind writing stuff here anonymously, but in person, never trust what a person does with what you say.

BTW, that cunt's podcast never made her money and is no more.

There were lots of dudes looking to cash in on hyper sexualizing her viral moment. Good for her seizing it. And yes she's doing a pod cast with a hot professional pod caster, and has a pretty good show. It's like a Howard Stern before satellite radio, but with all chick panel. I have only seen Short segments of it, but her schtick is gullible naivete. She's young, may she enjoy her 15 minutes while she can. I don't expect her to have a lasting career out of this. But for now, I would rather see her benefiting from it, than prankster jack asses on the street.
Nobody owes those ass clowns anything. She wouldn't be famous for what she's doing now. But she was an aspiring comedian, perhaps this wasn't the way she wanted to make a name for herself. She has to over come this before she can ever be taken seriously to move past it. So yeah, that jackass did do unintentional damage to her and probably many other women's character.
