One thing you should know about Denmark: We are not Sweden. We are serious about combatting violent crime from foreigners.

But he was also declared insane. So then we could obviously not go through with it. We can't throw him out of Denmark if he is insane, of course. Instead he was put in detention in a hospital.

A little later he escaped this detention. He then went to rape a Danish women under threat of killing her and her family.

Some days later he entered a home of a Danish girl, woke her up with a knife to her throat, and raped her. The girl was psychologically scarred from this and was never able to return to her home, giving it up along with all her possessions.

So as you can imagine, now we are really getting upset. The next sentence ordered him to be deported from Denmark when he is released. For real now. Even if this may be a violation against his human rights according to the European Court of Human Rights, we don't give a fuck.

(Although he is now evaluated to have a violent personality disorder, so we can't actually deport him.)

Exactly. Illegals are just that. It's not easy to track ones that just crossed the border. They can make up names. After all doing things legally is clearly not important to them.
