The only way the Congress can remove judges is through the impeachment and conviction process identical to that for the removal of a sitting POTUS. Meaning they will need 67 votes in the Senate. GLWT.

You can remove judges over unethical illegal behavior that reeks of racketeering.. Elon Musk will need to set up special prosecutors, that sequester every Federal Judge's emails and official communications that ruled in a partisan suspicious way. Especially those that would not throw out cases knowing full well every iota of the damning evidence in the case was fabricated by biased paid journalists. Those that allowed the Democrats to appeal and ruled in favor of them, over every case the Democrats trying to destroy secure elections, the Judges that were all quick to rule and appeal everything to do with J6, the judges that allowed Soros Prosecutors to not allow their defendants in serious federal cases that were fabricated out of thin air. They robbed them of exculpatory evidence. They were not allowed any evidence that would have cleared their names. Those Judges abused their power and trust and violated Laws. There doesn't need to be impeachment for that. Racketeering is illegal and has a broad definition, it's time to drag it out and dust if off and apply it to the Democrat Crime Syndicate.
