Reuters just reported “White House withdraws Trump's pick Dave Weldon as CDC Director.”

Summary

Weldon is a physician Republican former congressman and vaccine critic
Atlanta-based CDC has an annual budget of $17.3 billion
Weldon lacked Senate votes for confirmation, source says

This raises the suspicion that Big Pharma lobbied against Weldon in the Senate—an easy trick, given that most Senators have, over the years, accepted a ton of dough from the vaccine cartel.

A plausible theory is that the Senators let Trump have Kennedy, but they insisted that Weldon was going too far. The medical doctor and Republican former Congressmen knows too much about the link between the CDC’s hyper-vaccination childhood schedule and the explosive rise of autism in the last thirty years. Here he is in a 2008 interview with Sharyl Attkisson talking about it...

Downright chilling was Attkisson’s 2019 documentary on her show, Full Measure, in which she interviewed eleven current and former Congressmen about their experiences with pharmaceutical industry lobbyists and agents in Washington.

Dr. Dave Weldon, spoke candidly about what happens to representatives who raise the issue of vaccine safety.

"It would typically be in a hallway or on the street, and you know, people would come up to you and say, you know, you really need to back off on this. It could be bad for the community or bad for the country or bad for you."

Such veiled threats are the kinds of tactics described in the 2013 book, Deadly Medicines and Organised Crime: How Big Pharma Has Corrupted Healthcare, by Peter Christian Gøtzsche—a Danish physician, medical researcher, and former leader of the Nordic Cochrane Center at Rigshospitalet in Copenhagen.

"I've Learned the Hard Way. Don't Mess with Pharma."

The White House abruptly withdrew Trump's pick for CDC Director, Dr. Dave Weldon - former Congressman and long-time critic of the CDC's handling of vaccine safety data-hours before his Senate hearing.

Yesterday, I expressed my strong support of Dr. David Weldon on The Absolute Truth with Emerald and The Kingston Report based on his long history of openly criticizing the CDC’s lack of data and transparency around childhood vaccine injuries while in Congress.

This morning, the White House abruptly pulled Dr. David Weldon’s nomination as the new CDC Director. Dr. David Weldon is an Army Veteran, internal medicine doctor and former Republican Congressmen from Florida (1995-2009).

Weldon Proposed Legislation for Stricter Vaccine Laws and Full Data Transparency

Dr. Weldon was a very vocal critic of the CDC’s handling of vaccine adverse events while in Congress. In 2007, Weldon proposed legislation requiring HHS to form a new agency separate from the CDC to evaluate vaccine safety, ensuring that no staff had conflicts of interests with the vaccine manufacturers. It also promoted proper reporting of vaccine adverse reactions in compliance with federal laws.

I've Learned the Hard Way Don't Mess with Pharma." - Dave Weldon

Dr. Mary Talley Bowden posted a heartfelt 4-page letter from Dr. Dave Weldon on X, detailing both his shock and understand as to why his nomination as the new CDC director was pulled. After receiving a phone call from the White House informing him that his nomination to the Director of the CDC was being withdrawn because there were not enough votes to have him confirmed.

Dr. Weldon’s letter is both accurate and somewhat terrifying in understanding the control Big Pharma has over our government, media and healthcare community.

“The concern of many people is that big Pharma was behind this which is probably true. They are hands-down, the most powerful lobby organization in Washington DC giving millions of dollars to politicians on both sides of the isle. They also purchased millions of dollars of advertising in newspapers, magazines, and on television. For any news organization to take on big Pharma could be suicide. Many media actually carry water for Pharma. They also give generously to medical societies and colleges and universities. I have learned the hard way don’t mess with Pharma.” - Dr. Dave Weldon, March 13, 2025

In his first public remarks since his confirmation, President Trump’s newly-confirmed director of tech and science policy, Michael Kratsios, accused the Biden Administration of leading with a “spirit of fear” and laid out a plan for achieving America’s Golden Age. His diagnosis of cultural and technological stagnation was stark:

"Over the past 30 years only three commercial nuclear reactors have been built, and 10 have been closed. Despite spending almost twice as much on healthcare as peer nations, we have the lowest life expectancy. Apollo 17’s steps on the lunar surface have proved mankind’s last. The X-15’s record still stands, and the Concorde was decommissioned more than two decades ago. Our passenger planes are slower than they used to be. Our trains crawl compared to those in other parts of the world. Our cars do not fly. Advances have not stopped, but something has gone wrong."

He has a point. I’ve been talking about the Spirit of Fear since 2020. And, so far as I know, America lacks a single high-speed train. It’s frankly humiliating that China and the Europeans can do it, but we can’t. Where’s our national pride?

Kratsios blamed strangling over-regulation. “The well-intentioned regulatory regime of the 1970s,” he argued, “became an ever-tightening ratchet; we have lost focus and vision, have lowered our sights, and have let systems and structures and bureaucracies muddle us along.”

He described a spirit of American innovation that clings to life, but is being held hostage. Kidnapped not by any lack of ingenuity, but by a web of institutional sclerosis, crony capitalism, and infrastructural inertia. Try laying a new rail line through five counties, three environmental reviews, seven lawsuits, and an ardent chorus of NIMBYs. Good luck.

Not only didn’t the IRS get 85,000 new auditors, it’s now been slashed by up to 20% and counting. Out of the bureaucratic chaos emerged more wonderfully ironic Trump 2.0 news. CBS ran the story under the headline, “Hunter Biden whistleblower named acting IRS commissioner.”

It was another thumb jabbed in Democrats’ eyes. Gary Shapley is the senior IRS investigator who blew the whistle on the Services’ slow-walking of the Hunter Biden investigation. In retaliation, the Service savaged Shapley and sidelined him, but was forced to commence its wrist-slapping prosecution of President Autopen’s crack-addled son. (Biden later autosigned a breathtaking pardon of every conceivable Hunter crime over a full decade, a pardon that ironically politically enabled Trump’s full pardon of all the J6ers.)

This week, while Trump’s real IRS nominee, Billy Long, remains mired in Senate committees, the President appointed Gary Shapley as acting commissioner. Trump’s telling Senators, take as long as you want. Even before receiving this high honor, Shapley and fellow whistleblower Joseph Ziegler were assigned to Treasury Secretary Bessent's office as senior advisers for IRS reform, and Shapley was appointed deputy director of criminal investigations at IRS.

This is a terrific example of Trump’s “shock and awe” strategy. During normal news cycles, the Democrats would have written a song about this interim appointment and would have tried to use it to topple Trump. Now, it’s just Friday. They have to take it on the chin.

Don’t feel too sorry for them. During the Autopen era, conservatives were forced to swallow a long, revolting series of tattooed men in dresses and luggage thieves who received prominent federal appointments. At least Shapley is sane.

Since late December, Trump had increasinly enraged MAHA folks with the previous, now withdrawn, nomination of Dr. Janette Nesheiwat, who graduated from the prestigious American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine, which is located on the resort-like island nation of St. Maarten. She is also Mike Waltz’s sister-in-law. But those weren’t Janette’s worst PR problems.

Dr. Nesheiwat is a plump jab lover who thinks sex is assigned at birth and calls normal boys and girls “cisgender.” She often praised Biden’s efforts to cancel anti-vaxxer misinformation and gushed over school mask mandates. She blasphemously called the covid vaccines “a gift from God.” You could call her anti-MAHA.

Under growing pressure, or maybe for other reasons, who knows, Trump canceled Janette’s dance card yesterday, nominating instead MAHA favorite Casey Means, an anti-elite and a long-time, pro-natural-health jab adversary.

Is excellent news that pharma-shill Nesheiwat is out, but is Casey Means really an mRNA death jab adversary? I'd like to see some quote from her.

She's a research doctor, she dropped out of her residency, I'd be careful with this one. She could have switched to D.O. school.

Then again, RFK apparently likes her.

D.O.s seem to be active in the anti jab groups. Maybe they aren't as contaminated as the MDs, and some on the internet are very well informed since they automatically are more holistically oriented.

BRILLIANT Pick.

Lower info Fox News voters know who she is. It'll be MUCH harder for RINOs to bullshit about her.

Welp…here we are. In a completely unshocking turn of events (see here and here), Trump announced yesterday that he was withdrawing his reeeeeeallllly terrible surgeon general nominee, Dr Janette Nesheiwat. It is unclear as to whether this withdrawal happened because of her devotion to the herd culling murder shots or because of her early 90’s soft porn vibe. ...

Nesheiwat was replaced with the newly crowned MAHA Celebrity Doctor Du Jour, Casey Means. I’m sure you’re familiar with her as she, along with Brother Calley, were trotted out across all the “alternative” “health freedom movement” platforms, just ahead of the Trump/RFK alliance campaign. ...

Just before RFK joined the MAGA movement, ... the Means Duo went on Tucker saying all of the things people wanted to hear. ... All the things EXCEPT for that one injectable MEDICAL COUNTERMEASURE that is doing a lot of havoc wreaking since its deployment.

And here’s Brother Calley, ex pharmaceutical lobbyist (who supposedly linked ole Donnie T and RFK up), calling for a STATE OF EMERGENCY for chronic disease on day one of the presidency. (pssst…state of emergency would mean PREP Act fuckery)

I looked at some of the mainstream blahbity blah today to see what’s being said, and can you believe I ran into CBS News interviewing Robert Malone???

"She's qualified. She's energetic. She's been a good communicator, which is the role of surgeon general. She seems to have good ethical moorings. And she reflects this new thinking about where HHS should be. I think it's a bold pick," Dr. Robert Malone, another close ally of Kennedy, told CBS News. ...

Malone acknowledged the perception among some of Kennedy's base that Means had not been "sufficiently vocal, early enough, in rejecting the mRNA vaccine products," as he had been.

Malone is kind of a big deal in the “deep state”, FYI…

The article continues…

Casey and Calley Means have also earned skepticism from some of Kennedy's anti-vaccine base, who have grown frustrated with what they fear has been Kennedy's drifting attention away from what they hoped would be a ban of several vaccines...

Now is a good time to remember that Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. has been raising concerns about vaccine safety since 2005 and has taken more flak for it than everyone in the medical freedom movement combined.

Unlike most dissidents, he was a comfortably ensconced member of the upper echelon of American society when he began to vocalize his concerns and was made to suffer for it. How many other celebrities have dared to raise concerns about vaccines, much less made this concern a focus of their work in the public forum?

For her part, Ms. Means should consider that the tens of millions of people who supported Secretary Kennedy and President Trump are acutely aware of the mountains of evidence that the COVID-19 vaccines have inflicted grave harm on the health of humanity.

In light of this, she should speak more forthrightly about these concerns, which would go a long way to dispelling the suspicion that her interest in nutrition is a strategy for changing the subject away from vaccine harms.

COVID-19 vaccine harms and the shocking rise of profound autism are too glaring to ignore. If Ms. Means is confirmed as Surgeon General, she should focus as much (if not more) critical scrutiny on the evidence of vaccine harms as she is currently focusing on America’s abysmal food industry.
