Dominican is not pretty to the eye as you drive through, but Haiti is on the same land. It should be a tourist powerhouse as long as we shadow ban Cuba still basically. I've only know of one person that went to Cuba after we quasi opened up with them (not including cruises).

I'm wondering what powerful people have assets in PR and the USVI? Obviously Epstein was down there. It just doesn't make sense that Haiti shouldn't be on the level of the Dominican or Jamaica. Seems like something/one is dragging them into the mud. The earthquake is nearing 15 years ago. It's not that far from southern Florida. Turks and Caicos to the north one of the most expensive areas in the Caribbean. They can use foreign ships. I don't get it.
