The clue was they were calling them 'Open Leg Houses' instead of 'Open Houses'.

I get the joke, but it is a fact a lot of female realtors get raped. Hate them as much as you want but it's actually a pretty serious thing in the industry. Generally dudes should be doing open houses of modest stature. Open Houses are a license to rape and rob. Hence why we stopped doing them. Can't police 8-10 people in a house solo. One dude wants a fuck, lock the front door and you're toast as a female agent. And nothing they can do.
Took me years, but FINALLY convinced my boss open houses were a waste of time. Sales went up after. Female agents couldn't stand it. Their performance went up. Wasting time in an empty house on a Saturday or Sunday is just that, a waste of time and a liability risk of rape or theft. Curb kickers that are ass holes. 1 in 100 walking through "might" result in a deal. Not worth it.
