India: It’s Worse Than You Think

Most Westerners know nothing about India beyond vague ideas about Hinduism, yoga, gurus, and maybe a dash of Bollywood. To such people, this article will be a rude awakening. ...

I had first returned to India with the idea of improving it, but after 11 years, I realized that India was a sinking ship, with worsening and increasingly shameless corruption, degraded people, and a society that was falling apart. I had never met an honest bureaucrat or politician. I applied to emigrate to Canada and my application was approved in a record three weeks.

I now advise East Asian and Western corporations on investing in India. Most of what I tell them sounds to them exaggerated, unrealistic, and unbelievable. After much dance, drama, and a great deal of lost money, they begin to believe what I tell them. However, this learning is never institutionalized because of a refusal to understand India. This is a form of political correctness, a poison eating away the innards of Western values.

When I was a child growing up in India, I learned that “might makes right.” Power was often abused, with those in control acting as if they had a God-given right to exploit and dominate others. The display of authority could be so extreme that questioning it or expecting those in power to do their duty might lead to retribution. Those in authority seemed to believe that their positions were not for serving others but for personal gain.

People who showed respect appeared to have meekly accepted a lower, subservient position. Kind people had to hide their compassion, for being nice was seen as a weakness.

In India, I have rarely seen someone in authority take the initiative to solve a problem he was responsible for. When I was at university, an underaged boy who worked in the kitchen was raped and sodomized by the janitors. I reported the matter, but not only did no one in authority do what was right — something well within their power — the authorities and fellow students threatened me with severe consequences if I pursued the matter further. Devoid of empathy, they also made fun of the boy and me.

Yes, there is an element of sadism here. There is some degree of pleasure that Indians take in the pain suffered by others. The attitude of the authorities was like that of the high-placed Delhi bureaucrat who told me that his Black Label whiskey tastes so much better because he knows that most Indians can’t afford to drink it.

This confuses Westerners. If they had power, even if they were corrupt, in a situation where there was nothing to gain or lose — no bribes to receive since both parties were poor, and no risk of offending someone well-connected — they would do the right thing and book the alleged rapist. These Indians would do nothing, not even lift a finger, unless there was a reward: money or sex. Their apathy was bottomless.

The article goes on about how incredibly low-trust India is as a society.

True? Any people from India want to opine on this?

Yes in litter sense.
They still shoot movies and documentaries on their pedophile agent
Muhammad Akmal Gandhi (Marketed as the Mahatma Gandhi 😜) with their fake narratives to remind next generation of slaves.
Wealthy clients still run from London banking system.
Bulleywood is still run from London through underworld. London is safe heaven for so many high profile both soft and hard criminals to hide with ill gotten money.
All the fake media and left leaning politicians are controlled from the west. The list goes on.
Like any other country, India has its own problems to solve but west is making some of the things more challenging.

My big beef is that "Investor Visas" should NOT be available for buying existing businesses, at least service businesses.

The motel/gas station existed and mostly would continue to exist without the "Investor Visa".

Not only does not create NEW jobs, it actually destroys jobs since the new foreign owners bring their family to run it, only keeping a handful of housekeepers.

Imagine giving tax-benefits to foreigners that citizens don't get to buy existing service businesses in a highly capitalized and populated area.

The US has NO shortage of investment looking to make loans and NO shortage of gas stations, motels, etc. The US is overcapitalized if anything.

Nobody who puts America First could have disliked this sentiment. Only a foreigner wanting to follow in the steps of stupid laws their fellows took advantage of.

Furthermore, at the very least, "Investor Visas" should be non-renewable or transferable. If a BP went to one investor visa holder, it should not be able to be legally sold to another visa holder/applicant (with the tax benefit then being renewed, which is how foreigners built wealth, by legal tax evasion - transfer from Uncle Ramit to Cousin Sanjay, same family owns but the tax benefit renews for another multiyear period. Not even the craftiest econo-bullshitartist could justify that as good or necessary)

Not sure how many other countries use handwritten prescriptions but at least in India most small private practices write in some kind of code that no one can read other than the intended pharmacist who can give kickbacks.

Even worse, I remember seeing doctors prescribing truck loads of unnecessary medication 💊 for no other than making money off the poor patents.

The US also has the same problem with doctors prescribing highly profitable but unnecessary medication.

The kickbacks are more hidden here though, via Pfizer funding the FDA, and the rotating door between Pfizer and the FDA.

Corruption starts when the student gets into medical school and has to take out student loans to become a doctor...I doubt that this is normal in other countries. What is taught in medical schools in likely influenced by monies that the medical schools accept. Just like in public schools...medical school indoctrination starts early.

This was also normal in usa 10 years ago, sales people would take doctors to las vegas, games , etc. Phama also would hire lot of hot chicks to seduce n fk doctors, then doctors would prescribe meds. Oxycontin is perfect example.

Now most pharma sales rep in us n india can only give modest lunch to learn about product. Doctors in india do over prescribe, though some meds are way cheaper in india than usa. Corrupt people in all profession do this still everywhere.

That and licenses are controlled by the AMA monopoly and the State.

We REALLY need to have a national conversation about professional association monopolies like the Bar and AMA and so forth.

It should take active malpractice and injury to pull a license, not disagreement about protocols. We had doctors using chloroform until the 1980s and nobody badgered them, despite evidence that ether (and of course more modern anesthetics) were far less dangerous for many decades before then.

All paper currencies are just ways to steal from the public.

Every country should use silver by weight, an no other units of currency.

Promises of silver by weight are OK to facilitate commerce, but they should always be clearly marked with "Just a promise, don't count on it too much, may default."

Probably because younger Indian females are smaller making penetration easier. They get thicker as they get older of course, but I'm guessing that's why Indians are a touch rape(ish) for younger women. A small dick starts failing at 160-180+lbs woman. Hence why black women get slammed all the time. Gorilla cock.
430   Patrick   2025 Oct 6, 10:25am

I read an interesting article a few years ago, claiming that the penis is a semen removal device.

The unusual shape of the penis head is superior to a smooth dildo-like shape in removing semen by pumping action. The argument is that over evolutionary lengths of time, it was an advantage for men to pump out the semen of the previous guy before inserting one's own semen. So the current penis shape and size was selected for.

This is also why, once you come, you lose the erection. It doesn't make sense to work against yourself, pumping out your own semen.

But the size advantage was useful only when fucking women who had been fucked by some other guy a few minutes before. Women who were under strict control by their husbands were not a reproductive problem in that way. So in cultures with very strict control over the women, men did not need as large a penis to reproduce. And what is not needed for survival and reproduction tends to go away.

I think it could well be true that men in cultures with well-controlled and/or non-slutty women have smaller penises. Maybe India falls into that category, and China.

Black women are notoriously slutty. Sorry, but it's true and there is plenty of evidence about that. So black men would have needed to evolve larger penises to compete with the other guys who had just fucked a woman. Whites are in the middle, between Asians and blacks.

It's also true that testicle size varies in the same way. Guys who need to compete with other men who just fucked a woman were better off with bigger balls which produced more sperm. And measurements show the same ranking. Black guys have the biggest balls, then whites, then Asians.
431   Ceffer   2025 Oct 6, 10:34am

When the other guy's sperm starts dribbling out of her nose during doggie, you know you have a successfully evolved penis.

Thank you molotov for your concern about india n other human beings with more melanin than you. Almost all indians would agree with you that sanitization, n muddy road needs improvement. Also not sure why you are concerned about indian dick. if you are gay, n want large dick go to Africa.

India has monsoon, which means it rains 3 months, roads become river, so some road are going to break. India has surpassed the United States to become the country with the world's largest road network, reaching over 6.6 million kilometers. For a smaller sized country thats impressive.

India has installed 90 million toilets , though they can be better and people need to keep clean. I agree that civic sense needs improvement.

Can you flush toilet paper? Or do you have to throw it in the waste basket? That's what you do in Costa Rica which is semi considered a first world country. It's gross and unsanitary. I highly doubt India's sewer system can handle it.

When my kid was a toddler he threw an entire roll of TP in the toilet. I wasn't fishing it out and flushed it, the whole roll. It went down without issue. I just laughed and said America. Comparing India to America is like rotten plums to fresh apples.

90 million toilets doesn't mean it's sanitary or nearly cracks the issue. I currently have 6 toilets for 5 people. 90M toilets vs 1B people clearly is a shortage. Sure there were probably existing toilets, but as a country to be sanitary you'd need at least 3-4B toilets when you factor in public establishments. So I wouldn't boast about 90M toilets. And this again assumes you sanitary sewer system can handle it. I also have the ability to access about another 6-8 public toilets in my small town. That's a 1:12 ratio of human to toilets in my house or within 1 minute.

You mention monsoon season as well. I highly doubt the storm water sewer system is up to par. So any piss and shit on the streets is getting flushed into streams, rivers and lakes. That means the water is filth and a lot of it gets into ground water.

Not claiming to be an expert, but in my wife's line of work these are the types we hang out with and i pick their brain because it interests me. I've met Aussie's, Dutch, Brits, Germans, Italians, etc. at national conferences. Never have seen or met an Indian at one. So by anecdotal default I have to assume Indians don't care about sanitation. Same for Chinese and African countries so I don't seem biased. Certain countries just don't care. Dislike my take but it's my experience and reality.

Despite small pockets in cities that I despise, if you live in the US, it's a top 3 country sanitation wise. Smaller Euro's might do better, but that's a scale thing. Let me know when India does this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7wQNKEiQxTE Love or hate Chicago, it's a marvel of the engineering world that people from all over come to see.
437   KgK one   2025 Oct 6, 1:53pm

Most city n middle class alredy had toilets. They built 90 million extra toilets in 10 years, guiness book of record. Except for poor areas, this problem is solved. More are built as money comes thru.
City malls are amazing. They get bidet, n toilet paper choice. Most of Asia uses bidet, way cleaner.

No one wants to see or use public places to such.

Poverty is the root cause. You may not notice but sanctions, tarrifs, cia espionage, 800 us bases in other countries or us puppets are used to keep poverty in other countries.

Excuses. Does India have a problem with illegal immigration? H1-B type visas? Student/tourist visa overstays? My guess is no. The US supports a lot of population that wasn't born here and did nothing to build it. Stay home. Build your own country. Don't steal from us.

And again 90M toilets in a 1B plus county is a drop in a mostly empty 5gal bucket. It was a world record because of population density. Nothing to do with better sanitation. They use bidets because they cannot build proper sewer sanitation. I don't mind bidets, but Indian sewer systems cannot manage TP in the pipes and if they even have treatment plants.
439   KgK one   2025 Oct 6, 3:23pm

Yes india has illegal immigrants. 20 to 30 million Bangladeshi n other come to india. They are stealing their jobs lol

Steal from us? Are you native american -guessing no. Let's not get into who stole. whole usa , australia, newzealand..stolen from native. Usa continously steals oil n minerals by installing puppet in small countries. Usa wasnt magical as you were told, ww1 n ww2 made industry to come to usa n it became prosperous. Even today 60% people live on pay check to paycheck.

Yes immigrants built this country Chinese did railways, many other.
Usa market cap is mostly top 10 IT companies and indian contribute significantly more for being 1-2% of population. Doctors ,hospitals, shipping containers, pharma colleges professors they contribute lot more. Even taxes they pay lot more than average usa person. Lot of contribution.

Let's not get into redneck whites , n AA population contribution. Also significant amount of us drug addicts are whites.

I agree to you point that if there are no jobs for us citizen we don't need to import. But you may not like it but h1 was created n used due to shortages. Due to elderly, there is upcoming nurse n doctor shortage. Farm laborer is another one, lot of crops will go to waste n inflation will grow so u have to import Mexicans. Those Mexicans land was originally taken by Spanish n then usa took Texasn other land from Mexico. Kicked out Mexicans, another stolen land.
