Citizenship is different matter as Chinese and Hindus have dual loyalty and many want to go back after using USA as stepping stone to be elites in their countries… although the plan almost always fails and kids don’t want to go to alien nation.

I have got my citizenship.
I have never saw anyone getting preferential treatment becos they are on this VISA. Indians who came to US in past 10yrs have to wait 100yrs to get green card. I really want to know what are these perks VISA holders get? If you are on VISA its extra expenditure to both employee and employer to maintain the VISA.

Do you have statistics on this? The only reason for them to be laid off last is becos they work for lower salary is my opinion. Citizens have more options to look for other jobs H1-B dont have that option.
