How?

Only from North Central Ca. Only way would be CA Aqueduct. Even then it doesn’t go directly to LA county, I think the Terminus around LA county is Lake Castaic.

But that has nothing to do with PNW.

I learned an interesting thing though - goats are the only thing that will eliminate kudzu. Their digestion is so good that their poop leaves nothing that can regrow. Literally better than round up.

Interesting. I remember in Azores that goats were used to keep lawns trimmed. They could eat anything except bread. One of the goats died soon after someone who did not know that fed him a slice.

While goats could help, people of CA need cisterns, pumps and run sprinklers around the house and on the roof. Generator as well for the pump. You're already paying a couple million for a house likely, invest $20-30k. It's not expensive if you got that money.

If your house is soaked on the outside top to bottom and you trim back flammable brush on your land, your house won't burn. It's not that complicated. For how many smart people there are in CA, I think the dumb outnumber them 3:1. Or just don't know how to plumb a basic fire retardant system. You could literally sit in your house and watch the fire and laugh at the idiots.

And no, I don't have sympathy for those that lost homes or didn't have insurance. Be an adult. You burn every year. Figure it out at some point.

I have a first hand report from people who live in Altadena and who did save their house by not evacuating and dousing incoming embers with water from their pool. The house only suffered minor damage to a garage wall.

But happy ending it is not.

Firstly, everything inside and out is covered with a thick layer of greasy grimy dust and ash with a strong chemical stink. So the house is not livabe at the moment and will require extensive clean-up. Stuff
like sofas, chairs and mattresses will have to be thrown out, but this is small
potatoes.

What is not small is because most of the houses in the neighborhood have been burned to the ground the whole area will be closed for clean-up for what is conservatively estimated at 1.5 years. Meaning they won't be able to live there.

So at the end of the day the worth of staying behind and risking life and limb is debatable and the biggest winner seems to be the insurance company.

Just like all the Dem subversive strategies, Newscum doesn't want any effective fire fighting infrastructure.

A newly proposed California state law would create a new pathway for victims of wildfires and insurance companies to sue oil companies over climate change.

Because California needs more expensive gas and oil. It's another KommieKunt fantasy with blame shifting green baloney giving a pipe dream to the litigious free shitters.
534   Ceffer   2025 Jan 29, 3:02pm

Oh, no! How will the crisis actor actors respond to this? Better get some adreono head Hollywood english on it. What kickapoo joy juice do they have this grinning Kommie Soros Fecal Impaction mayor on?

Bass is talking about bringing in the mercenaries and crematorium ovens and fencing the whole area off with Globalist NATO guards in like Lahaina, and intimidating the former residents into submission. They don't want any evidence leaking out that they don't manage, and the corrupt coroner and pathologists are probably already assembled.

House 'survived'? Well, it's in a hell hole of cindered, toxic ash and all the utilities will be cut off, anyway. Just hope to get a truckload of shit out of there before the razing.

Where are all the limousine liberal coastal elites who got burned out? How come no cacaphony of loud squawks from the displaced? Are they really that clueless?

535   AmericanKulak   2025 Jan 29, 5:49pm

@Ceffer... literally the title of the thread:

536   Blue   2025 Jan 29, 6:26pm

As per last night news on ABC, it takes forever to clean up all those toxic chemicals from things like burnt EV he showed. And has to take at least one foot depth layer to finish the cleanup. Later if you neighbor starts doing it, that would spread same toxic chemicals and has to do it all over again!
Ok, the message was don’t bother thinking of coming back!
I really want to hear about where are all these arsonists who burned down the place.

Not to mention that most tubs are not porcelain but either cast iron or plastic (fiberglass?).

Around here residential bathtubs are porcelain coated steel or fiberglass.

Same here in IL. If the house is 1980 or older it's steel most the time. The new tubs are fiberglass. I remodeled our 2nd bath and it was a bitch getting that tub out. Rarely use it unless I have the flu or something and want to get warm. We'll have a hot tub though at the new place, just have to go outside.

Either way I highly doubt toilets and tubs are gone. That would be a massively hot fire. Usable, no, but they're not gone.

They were both completely done “actively” burning in about 4-5 days.
549   Ceffer   2025 Feb 1, 3:02pm

'Contained' is a self serving euphemism for 'Fire eventually burned out on its own' or 'It rained'.

Wait, why would Oprah want some rif-raff on her newly acquired land?
553   Ceffer   2025 Feb 11, 7:51pm

Juan O Savin states that USAID allocated 4.4 billion to a Nevada school and water district. He says this is the allocated (misallocated under fake rubric) money that financed the Area 51 seeding of a silver oxide cloud over LA to implement and enhance the DEW/HAARP attack.

He also says that that type of military participation would have required a Presidential order aka Deep State through puppet Biden. Like Mike Johnson said, he was never allowed in the presence of Biden unless the head of the CIA was there at the same time, and Biden Actor had no comprehension of anything he was signing. It's like the Pope always having a Jesuit, Dominican or P3 Mason Mafia close by around in attendance during audiences watching everything like a hawk.

It was wind. Green grass won't burn because it's clearly watered and has sprinklers. The embers from the wind landed on homes and combustibles started up. Take a leaf blower to a fire and anything will start on fire beside masonry. And those buildings look to be masonry that didn't burn. Concrete or block with stucco to smooth it out.

Houses with wood exterior are going to burn with up to 90mph wind 100% of the time. All it takes is a wave of embers in the wind. Glass and stone won't. Flat roofs generally wouldn't start on fire until the inside is burning. They could also have the gravel type roof for fire protection. Sloped roofs could actually be metal as well.

Chicago has peeled back the rules on structures, but there was a time I think for 60 years or so after the Chicago fire, buildings and houses had to be all stone/brick/block. There's newer fire rated siding out there, recall it's Hardiboard and probably other brands. The building code will change in that area for sure or it will be uninsurable if you've got a loan or not.

My guess it was just some homeless arsonist guy that lit stuff on fire. Probably hated rich people and celebrities. If I had the money to live in that area my house would stand no chance of burning. More expensive, but probably $100k on a multimillion dollar home shouldn't be a big deal.

Homeless arsonists must use good logistics to start fire in four places at exactly the same time.
