Probably already has on tape, which is why the blackmailed ex parte decision. Ex parte is a guaranteed overthrow on appeal, so they are just buying time with a crooked judge from their crooked Federal Judge garden.

This is the third or fourth Trump action that some Judge has blocked. It's very telling that Trump nor Elon has vowed to appeal none of them as of yet.
There's something very serious cooking, rather than pretending this is normal law procedures, like Trump had to do, when the DOJ was compromised.
He had to battle them in their own (arena) court. Even though he still managed to win most. He's not playing that shit now, the Lawyers and groups I'm sure has Judge shopped, and been in contact with those Judges on best operation procedures to stop Trump, and what and how to file those cases.

That is where the Judges are going to get their asses handed to them, when discovery is done on their communications and it shows the same lawyers and groups that brought the cases have been colluding with the judge.

It's why Trump hasn't EO'd any action on activist Judges, they would fight it and he would lose. He's going to hang them out to dry by their balls, and there wont be a damn thing Chuck Schumer, Nancy Pelosi, or Adam Schiff can do about it.

Also most damning is this particular ruling, was done in private with no warning to Trump's team, no representation from the other side was allowed to present their case, it was a total one sided affair. That alone could have it over turned by a real Judge. But I don't think Trump is playing lawfare games with them on this, he's going to lay down the Law on this.

I'm actually looking forward to more Judges sticking their fingers in the pie.

I think a judge or two may be impeached along the way, I sure hope so.
