Haven't seen the vid and don't want to, but exactly why is there a vid to begin with if it was 'private behavior'? One does not ordinarily record 'private behavior' unless it is intended for distribution.

I do think he is right that his journalism should be evaluated on its own merits as opposed to the vid, but in a moralizing and judging society, that's not going to get him very far.
