Shouldn't they have thought about this before? This is a test of the 'Three Cities' acting through their Israeli proxy 'as if' Washington is still their military arm. I don't think we know what advanced tech, low radiation nukes are out there, and our militaries aren't going to tell us. Mostly you can tell a nuke by its explosion profile compared to more conventional explosives i.e. that incredibly fast vapor cloud. They have been used several times so far in various areas but not acknowledged as such.
