FOR ANY OFFENSES
The president can "grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offenses against the United States" but I'm pretty sure they meant specific offenses.

But liberals don’t get the joke, even though there’s so much material. Like the Autopen, the jokes practically write themselves: “Former President Biden’s Autopen, on loan to Kamala Harris for her book signing event, could not be reached for comment.” “Biden’s spokesperson confirmed it was a reasonable facsimile and insisted that other presidents have used the device to stand in for presidential portraits before.” “Presidential portraits made more diverse by inclusion of first mechanical-American.”
You have to give the President some credit. Trump hung his own mugshot photo as his current portrait. It’s even-Steven. But as far as I can tell, the media arrogantly ignored that fair and balanced move.
I think the real reason Democrats are quiet as church mice about Trump mocking President Cabbage is because we all just experienced two weeks of Democrats mocking the political assassination of a conservative commenter. So, the timing isn’t too good for them to get upset over a photo.
“Comer calls for Biden autopen actions to be held ‘null and void’ in House Oversight Committee report.”

Joe Biden WAS NOT running the show.
Our new report EXPOSES how Biden's decline was real and his aides covered it up.
Aides didn't even know WHO was operating the autopen to sign official documents and pardons.
Watch the truth they tried to bury.
If you watch anything today, watch this high-production-value clip assembled by the House Oversight Committee, summarizing in video and audio the results of its Autopen investigation. (The Autopen didn’t testify; it took the Fifth Amendment.) ...
Another darkly hilarious example was the Committee’s review of the long-sought audio from Special Counsel Ben Hur’s interview with Biden. At one point, Hur asked the Cabbage a simple question about the location of documents at a specific building, which should have resulted in a two or three-word answer. Instead, Hur got this:
Special Counsel Hur asked President Biden: "Where would documents
be stored at the Naval Observatory?"225 For twelve minutes, President Biden discussed the
following topics in a long-winded, confusing, and convoluted way-without answering the
Special Counsel's basic question:
The Violence Against Women Act
Agriculture in the Delmarva peninsula
The International Moot Court competition
Moving to Idaho
Working at a law firm
The Wilmington Club
The DuPont family
The Civil Rights Movement
Reforming the Democratic Party in the South
Biden's first time running for office 224
Anyway, the second bit of news was that Committee Chair James Comer (R-Ky.) sent the report along with a fiery letter to the Department of Justice, encouraging Pam Bondi to initiate an investigation into voiding Biden’s Autopen antics, including all the controversial pardons. He didn’t mention it directly, but everyone is especially thinking about one Anthony Fauci, hoping against hope that his pardon could be avoided, so he can do prison time before he dies, after which he’ll be advising Satan about proper mask fitting in Hell. ...
From Trump to Speaker Mike Johnson to Bondi and other Administration officials, all seem to be on the same page: the Autopen scandal is the biggest in American history. Watching this unfold, I’ve come around some. I used to think this Autopen thing was bad, but was legally going nowhere. I must now revise my prediction. I’m pivoting. I now think there’s a good chance this is going somewhere.
What is the entire process to void the autopen presidency?
