If the H1b is really worth it, the company will pay. H1b is just another way for tech employers to fuck over Americans by undercutting US wages.

I could be convinced it was true although, I don't think it could actually work since there are simply too many people to try and control that labor force/pool.

I am definitely going to be a member of that class.
