I think the United Kingdom Prime Minister coming out today and recognizing a two state solution (which was Bill Clinton's diplomacy creation) is to prevent a massive exodus of Palestinians to western Europe (due to them not having a recognized nation state).

But be prepared if the Gaza crisis gets drawn out that there will be efforts to send most of the refugees to the Western world, not Russia, not China, not Latin America but western Europe, Canada, USA, Australia and New Zealand.
