These activities extend to facilitating prostitution for elected officials, including minors."

It's not a 'one party state'. It's an election fraud/CCP 'captured state (as are Oregon and Washington states as well). There's a difference. Alternative candidates will not spend effort, time or money to run if they know the whole election game has been rigged now for decades and will continue that way.

Election fraud has consequences, and the perpetrators of the frauds don't do it to benefit the state or the citizens. It's an illustration of successful fifth dimensional warfare by internal infiltrations and subversions

You are confusing the process that props up the One Party state with the One Party state itself, I think.

And you really, really should watch HBO's Rome. Particularly one of the latter episodes where Lucius Vorenus runs for one of the lesser magistracies:

My point is there are plenty of conservatives in California, but to no avail to stand a chance. It is a dominant minority party in power because of election fraud, not a preferred one party rule.

The national election frauds when corrected for the frauds showed Trump won California. Even many liberals think something stinks to high heaven, even with their obtunded political olfactory organs. Like I said, Newsom's recall had mostly standard Libbyfuck types on the beaches getting signatures to get the recall on the ballot.

The 'elections' like the recent Prop 50, are mockeries. Both the 50 'vote' and the recall vote were declared minutes after the polls closing. They don't even make a pretense of 'counting' any more. The elections are ritualized humiliations of the voting public.
