Why is Federal Government giving money to some program for local daycare in first place?
More programs = more money can be stolen.

Is it should not be job for local city/state help distribution.
If I wanted to send kid to to daycare I was paying for it. Daycare is designed for people who can earn significantly more than cost of sending kid to daycare. Not for someone who can earn free time at expense of other taxpayers' money.
Federal Government is borrowing money from FED just to burn it on some multi programs which create absolutely nothing on the end.

If you consider the Smellis third world executives of the child trafficking and child auctioneering networks of the Intels and politicians, then they are multi tasking intermediaries: election fraud, trafficking, and money laundering of taxes back to the politicians.
