10th since April of this year!
MINNEAPOLIS – A Minnesota man who faces terrorism-related charges once boasted that he was capable of building rockets that could threaten planes landing at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport, and also once worked at the airport as a baggage handler, an FBI agent testified Tuesday.FBI Special Agent Daniel Higgins spoke at a hearing for Abdirizak Mohamed Warsame, 20, of Eagan. Warsame was the 10th young man from Minnesota's Somali community to be charged since April with terrorism-related counts accusing them of plotting to travel to Syria to join the Islamic State group. He was arrested and charged Dec. 9 with one count of conspiracy to provide material support to a foreign terrorist organization and one count of providing such support.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Becky Thorson ruled there was probable cause to support the charges, and that Warsame should not be released because he's a flight risk and danger to the community. The case now goes to a grand jury where prosecutors will seek an indictment so they can proceed to trial.
Three of the other defendants have pleaded guilty, while five are scheduled to go on trial in May. The FBI says one is in Syria.
Higgins' testimony added details that weren't in the criminal complaint against Warsame, which included an affidavit from another FBI agent, Vadym Vinetsky, who wrote that Warsame was appointed "emir," or leader of the local group, by Guled Ali Omar, who was planning to leave for Syria but was thwarted and is now among those awaiting trial.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Andrew Winter told the court Warsame's time as emir was brief, but it showed his leadership role in the alleged conspiracy, helping one defendant with money for an expedited passport and helping another alleged co-conspirator make contact with Islamic State facilitators in Turkey
...and of course Erdogan is not helping the Islamic State, right? Come correct or GTFO of NATO!
And you know every single one is a first or second gen Somali Refugee.

The man who died after being sucked out of a Somali passenger jet in midair on Monday appears to have been the person who detonated the bomb, reports the Wall Street Journal.
exactly one person was killed: the asshole who was trying to kill random innocent people. lol, fail!

Morales, a Mexican woman, investigates the beating of a child with a shoe by a Somali Immigrant and follower of the Most Compassionate. CAIR immediately blamed the Mexican Woman and her White Boyfriend for Islamofauxbia. Sarsour ("Cockroach") followed her Masters and immediately whinged on the internet to raise money for the "Victim". Made no mention of the Somali woman stun gunning Morales or the 5 Somali Men who came out of nowhere and smashed Morales in the face.

So this appears to be a flat-out murder, with no justification possible. All we know is that this Somali born cop named Mohammed shot a skinny woman in her pajamas after she called 911 about a disturbance in the alley by her house.
I'm suspecting that his motive was Islam. Perhaps whatever she was doing insulted his religious sensibilities.

Using government-generated statistics, Suomen Perusta calculated that an average Iraqi migrant moving to Finland between the ages of 20 to 24 is expected to cost Finland €690,000 ($783,000). A Somali migrant of the same age was estimated to be even more expensive, burdening the Finnish state with €951,000 ($1.08 million). If child-related issues are included, the costs rise to €844,000 ($957,000) and €1,343,000 ($1.5 million) respectively. ...
The second-generation of migrants who have grown up in Finland were found to have a rate of social and economic exclusion and income support 6-8 times higher than native-born Finnish young adults, despite having received basic education in Finland. A total of 49 and 50 percent of 22-year-old Iraqi and Somali migrants were income support recipients, as opposed to only 11 percent of their Finnish peers, the report found.
Admittedly, the authors didn't account for all possible fiscal effects in their study. Had those "missing" items been recognised as well, they argued, the effects would have been even more negative, the study said. Some of these may include lower contribution for old age pensions, indirect integration costs, and higher health services costs due to factors such as translation needs.
From the Finnish public finance point of view, the authors concluded, no new migbrants should be welcomed to Finland when expected life-cycle effects are negative.
"The conclusion of the study is that from the standpoint of the public finances of Finland it is not beneficial to take any migrants born in Iraq or Somalia", the report said. "The same conclusion holds for whichever way the results are broken down: by age, by years of education, the age when the migrant arrives in Finland or their employment status.

DFL leaders are condemning those responsible for a melee that erupted during a convention for Minneapolis City Council candidates Saturday, causing the event to end unceremoniously in a frantic scene and with no candidate endorsement.
Minneapolis police spokesman Brian Feintech said officers responded to the convention at Ella Baker Global Studies & Humanities Magnet School to find a large group of people dispersing. Police made no arrests Saturday, but the officers heard several reports of injuries and fights. At least one person was taken to HCMC by paramedics for non-life-threatening injuries, and another was treated at the scene, Feintech said.
Video posted to Twitter by John Edwards, who blogs about Minneapolis politics as Wedge Live, shows the chaos break out at the Ward 10 endorsing convention after supporters of Minneapolis Council Member Aisha Chughtai took the stage. Supporters for Chughtai's challenger, Nasri Warsame, shouted and jeered in the gymnasium, and a man waving a Warsame sign jumped on the stage. More people in Warsame shirts followed and continued to shout, slam on tables and wave signs, disrupting the convention proceedings.
"This is embarrassing!" convention chair Sam Doten shouted, finally adjourning after pleading futilely for order. "We are shutting this down!" he said. "This is no longer safe!"
In a Facebook post afterward, Warsame said his campaign manager "has been assaulted by one of the other campaign staff member, and he's now being transported to hospital by an ambulance."
"The convention was shut down due to turmoil, and all the people were instructed to exit the building," Warsame wrote. "No endorsement at this point, but more questions to ask regarding the process."
Chughtai also released a statement, casting blame on Warsame's campaign for leading his delegates onto the stage and "assaulting me and my supporters as I was about to begin my convention speech." Chughtai said more than a dozen of her supporters were "physically assaulted," along with a photographer documenting the convention, and more were bullied and harassed as "an attempt to scare us."

> Somali clan wars are unfolding in arid, sun-baked Minnesota and Maine, where children strum the oud and chew fermented flatbread as they await the next monsoon
This intra-clan rivalry has led Hawiye, Rahanweyn, and Dir members—including those from Somaliland (which flies its own flag and seeks independence from Somalia)—to back non-Somali candidates. They supported Jewish incumbent Jacob Frey for mayor over a Somali opponent from a different clan, prioritizing clan loyalty over ethnic or religious solidarity. So yeah haha many Somalis voted for the Jew over a Muslim Somali. Go figure.
President Donald Trump delivered a sweeping immigration move Friday night, announcing the immediate termination of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Somali nationals.
The decision, which Trump said is “effective immediately,” will rapidly accelerate deportations in Minneapolis, home to the nation’s largest Somali enclave and represented by radical Democrat Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN).
The announcement comes after years of mounting scrutiny over Somalia-linked criminal networks in Minnesota, including the massive Feeding Our Future scandal.
Federal prosecutors say the vast criminal scheme siphoned staggering sums of taxpayer money through fraudulent welfare programs.
U.S. Attorney Joseph Thompson has warned that the combined fraud schemes, including recent cases tied to Housing Stabilization Services and Autism Services, have stolen “billions of dollars in taxpayer money.”
“To be clear, this is not an isolated scheme,” Thompson said in September.
Thompson noted that more than 70 defendants, nearly all Somali nationals, have been charged so far, with more indictments expected.
Against that backdrop, President Trump issued a fiery message on Truth Social announcing the TPS termination.

Minnesota, under Governor Waltz, is a hub of fraudulent money laundering activity. I am, as President of the United States, hereby terminating, effective immediately, the Temporary Protected Status (TPS Program) for Somalis in Minnesota. Somali gangs are terrorizing the people of that great State, and BILLIONS of Dollars are missing. Send them back to where they came from. It’s OVER! President DJT
Minnesota is home to an estimated 80,000 to 100,000 Somalis.
It is the largest concentration of Somali nationals in the United States.
The epicenter is located directly inside Omar’s congressional district.
Federal officials have repeatedly linked Somali street gangs to violent crime, human trafficking, and, through the welfare-fraud investigations, documented terror-finance pipelines sending stolen U.S. dollars to al-Shabaab.
i will never cease to marvel at how the leftist media industrial complex seems able to frame every outrage committed by themselves of their allies/mascots as “just some unfortunate thing that happened” and of how their adherents stand ever eager to believe and amplify them.
this is the equivalent of blaming the girl on the train for attracting the crazy guy with the knife because “she shouldn’t dress like that” or “she should have paid more attention” and somehow there is always an unending cadre of the credulous lined up to engage in the next round of inversion-driven rage farming.
“well, they shuddna been there! that crazy afghan was going to cross the whole country and kill someone! they should not have gotten in revolver range!” obviously, that’s not much of a basis for cause effect analysis, much less morality, but i fear this is kind of the point. ...
the violent aggressor is always the victim. the crime is always that someone let themselves be harmed or defended themselves against attack.
it’s just wild. there is no objective standard, no right or wrong, just my tribe and your tribe and my tribe is always right and yours always caused this. ...
it’s just one guy! you can’t blame everyone!
but you kind of can.
at a certain point, statistics are statistics and this is not happenstance. when you bring in large groups and they time and time again commit crimes at outlandish rates, attack others, engage in violence, and rob your social systems blind, past a point only a fool fails to notice.
it’s been astonishing to watch the somalis plunder the systems of once high-trust minneapolis. covid, PPP, food bank, now fake autism, they just keep finding ways to defraud hundreds of millions out of every public program they get near. it’s systematic and deliberate.
and it’s not an isolated outcome.
to ignore outcomes like this and like “huge numbers of these immigrants do not work, do not assimilate, live off the state, and are demolishing schools and other social institutions” takes a severe form of willful blindness.
“62% are convicted of a violent crime by age 30.” you can’t miss that unless you’re trying to. and i suspect many of the globalists and NGO’s pushing this “they didn’t do nuffin’” narrative are, indeed, trying to. it’s why they so rapidly devolve to howling “racist” and “phobic” at anyone who points this out.
it’s just this meme, over and over.
and it’s gotten awfully threadbare, especially from the people who keep backing up the shark truck.
there is purpose to this. folks like soros and soros junior with his new terrifying alignment to the clinton clan and the other davosian plotters are seeking to use the once successful immigration policies of the west as a trojan horse to demolish it and tear its institutions to pieces.
they flood you with low-trust, high-violence, high-criminality people from a non-integrateable culture, call it “diversity,” and then no only undo your own police and justice systems to make it impossible to hold such people to account, but actually turn them upon the citizenry such that getting a beating or a rape from an immigrant gang draws little response but making a meme about it lands you with cops at your house.
nothing about this is an accident.
it’s a stochastic attack. you establish a set of probabilities by creating dangerous situations, and then you just wait for the inevitable bad numbers to come up on the dice. exactly what will happen, where, and by whom is not known. you don’t need to know. if you release a bunch of unfed jackals in a kindergarten, where, when, and whom they attack cannot be predicted. but the fact that something bad is coming soon is pretty much assured, especially if you keep telling everyone they need to be respectful of the nice puppies while they adapt to our ways.
So yesterday, the New York Times ran a tremendous bit of real journalism headlined, “How Fraud Swamped Minnesota’s Social Services System on Tim Walz’s Watch.”
Don’t get too excited. The article was a laborious effort to surmount an undeniable scandal of epic proportions and simultaneously excuse Tim “The Coach” Walz from any personal errors. It was under his watch, but he just couldn’t help it. It was those darnedkidsSomalians.
“The scandal,” the Times began, “was staggering in its scale and brazenness.” Last week, federal prosecutors charged a whopping 86 people with felonies, for stealing over a billion dollars from various government welfare programs aimed at covid, autism, Medicaid, homelessness, low-income housing, you name it. Pretty much anything “charitable.”
Only eight of the 86 charged weren’t Somali immigrants.
Just like weeds, “fraud took root in pockets of Minnesota’s Somali diaspora, as scores of individuals made small fortunes by setting up companies that billed state agencies for millions of dollars of social services that were never provided.” Most of the assisted people didn’t exist, and charitable Somalian business owners lavished taxpayers’ money on luxury cars, houses, and foreign real estate projects.
The biggest problem for Democrats and their media allies is that Minnesota state government officials knew about the fraud but kept the money moving anyway. “Red flags in the meals program,” the Times reported, “surfaced in the early months of the pandemic, but the money kept flowing.”
In one vexing example, when state officials asked one of the Somali groups, Feeding our Future, for backup documentation, the group threatened to accuse the state agency of racism. That was all it took. According to the Times, “The agency continued reimbursing claims and approving new sites in the months that followed.”
The only reason we’re hearing about it is because “Minnesota’s nonpartisan Office of the Legislative Auditor reported about the lapses that enabled the meals fraud, and found that the threat of litigation and of negative press affected how state officials used their regulatory power.”
“Elected officials in the state — particularly those who were part of the state’s Democratic-led administration,” the Times reported, “were reluctant to take more assertive action in response to allegations in the Somali community.” The Somali community is a core voting bloc for Democrats, it admitted.
In another made-for-TV moment, as one of the trials was concluding this summer, prosecutors learned that Somali fraudsters attempted to bribe one of the jurors with a bag filled with $120,000 in cash. A note in the bag read, “Why, why, why is it always people of color and immigrants are prosecuted for the fault of other people?” ...
It’s a cultural problem. “Somali refugees who came to the United States after their country’s civil war,” the Times explained, “were raised in a culture in which stealing from the country’s dysfunctional and corrupt government was widespread.” It’s not their fault!
Meanwhile, saying they were “ripping off our country,” President Trump revoked temporary legal status for Somalis, which unfortunately only affects a small part of Minnesota’s Somali population. But it was a start. “Mr. Trump’s remarks,” the Times said, “deeply unsettled Somalis.” Abdi Mohamed, a filmmaker in Minneapolis, complained, “The actions of a small group have made it easier for people already inclined to reject us to double down.”
A billion dollars. Maybe more. Last week, Chris Rufo published a story in City Journal, claiming that American welfare dollars flowed directly to Somali terrorists and other no-good-niks:

"The Largest Funder of Al-Shabaab Is the Minnesota Taxpayer"
How some of the state's welfare funds ended up in the hands of a terror group
