Yes, that black teaching assistant (TA) said he made direct eye contact, and he said it was a male shooter.

This is like the Boston Marathon bombing with the very grainy photos.

However, the police may have a lot more intel and information then what is being released and they could have told this black TA to not reveal what he knows other than it was a male shooter.

There are actually 1200 cameras at Brown. Brown only covers a few blocks. If not covering the street completely, not covering the entrances/exits, and not in the hallways of major multistory buildings where scores of classes are held every semester not including labs and offices, Where are all the other ~1190 Camers at?

This was shortly after the shooting.

Either a mistake, but it sure sounds like even if it wasn't the shooter, they or some student found some kind of firearm or firearm accessory in the bathroom.

I've never visited Brown, but the Catholic fraternity there was co-founded by a relative of mine, James Joseph Killelea, because Catholics were barred from the other fraternities at the time:

Keep in mind Brown sent everybody home and cancelled all finals and events for the year already.

His car was found ditched in Salem, NH and a manhunt in underway. They have his id, but aren't releasing yet.

Footage was indeed withheld by the Providence Authorities. The authorities lied about cameras, their location, and their quality.

It is a foreigner, a 48-year old Portuguese named Claudio, according to Authorities.
