Major cancer journal confirms global turbo cancer safety signal as CRIMINAL cyberattacks possibly linked to PubPeer disrupt access to the study

A new peer-reviewed systematic review in Oncotarget is the first to formally assemble the entire global literature on cancer associated with COVID-19 vaccination or SARS-CoV-2 infection.

They found:

69 peer-reviewed studies worldwide.
333 individual cancer cases documented.
27 countries represented across continents.
66 case reports / case series detailing clinical presentations.
2 large population-level cohort studies.
1 longitudinal U.S. military cancer surveillance analysis.

Temporality:
• ~50% of cancers occurred within 2–4 weeks of injection
• some appeared within days to 2 weeks
• many followed second doses or boosters, suggesting cumulative immune disruption

Cancer Patterns Observed:
• cancers show abnormal behavior (rapid onset, recurrence, hyperprogression)
• vaccination-associated cases dominate the dataset
• infection-only cancer reports are rare

Types of Cancer Reported:
• Lymphoma ~38% (dominant signal)
• Carcinomas ~16% (breast, lung, colorectal, prostate, pancreatic)

Biological mechanisms proposed:
• immune dysregulation & loss of tumor surveillance
• persistent vaccine-derived spike protein detected in tumors
• residual plasmid DNA (incl. SV40 elements) delivered via LNPs

Despite being accepted and published, the journal reports malicious cyberattacks (Dec 2025–Jan 2026), reported to the FBI, disrupting access to the study.

The journal further states that it is investigating whether individuals associated with PubPeer (PubSmear Mob) may have engaged in or facilitated cybercriminal activity, including server hacking, taking journal websites offline, and manipulating Google search results to suppress journals and scientists.

Oncotarget reports that it is currently in contact with federal law-enforcement agencies regarding identified suspects.

Those responsible for cybercriminal interference will ultimately be held accountable — and regulators who ignored or suppressed post-vaccination cancer signals cannot escape responsibility for the human consequences.
