The more important thing is getting Iran back to a Constitutional Monarchy really fucks with Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
They want the Ayatollahs weak but not gone, since they can play the US against Iran.
If the Ayatollahs fall, the opposite is true: Saudi and Qatar will have to kiss major US ass since Iran is massive in population and as rich or richer in Oil, as well as having plenty of other economic resources.
It's extremely dangerous for Qatar in particular because the regime change will expose the close alliance between Qatar and Iran, and the MB and the Ayatollahs.
