Good day from the east coast.Guess what popped up in my Google news alert this morning:A Realtor is selling her 5 bedroom house in my town!OMG!!   Well how the hell she managed to get that as a ''news story' is a pretty interesting sales pitch, but guess this: in the 'story' it is mentioned that she bought it for $52 grand in 2000, now she is asking... $525,000.What a fipping jack*ss.   So she lists it and manages to tell the world she wants TEN times the amount she paid for under 10 years ago for this 45 year old place - and take a look at the pics, seems it comes complete with the original living room paneling and ugly kitchen:http://www.mlsli.com/unidetailsredo.cfm?mlnum=2227747&typeprop=1&phm=1I don't know what's worse: her greediness or stupidity. Here's the 'ad':Realtor selling Cutchogue 5BD

Oh, I forgot to mention: the house isn't waterfront, but in this area the realtors like put pic's of the beach hoping some buyer might be confused. But here's the thing: the picture she posted isn't the beach near this house being advertised, it's a different (better) beach about 3-4 miles away.

Total sleaze bag.
