Please. Zestimates are meaningless. They just change their algorithm AFTER the market changes. They are always way behind reality.
This is what I've been saying - a rotting pile of sticks (with brick facade in this case) CAN BE WORTHLESS. Whatever the land is worth, you have to subtract the cost of tearing down the trash pile. What is the land worth?
On the other hand, maybe it's just dirt and mess. I am not above cleaning a mess if there's something good underneath. But it looks like some serious cracks and such. Well I am not in the LA market anyway.
