The initial data on COVID for reinfections was that 84% were asymptomatic and 16% were mildly symptomatic. As far as the individual goes, each successive infection becomes less intense while you have a healthy immune system. It's gotten so mild that they are complaining because all the new cases aren't even showing up in the data because very few are actually getting sick and most people aren't getting tested anymore.

I've been listening to Ryan Dawson lately, and he played a clip of some Chechnyans that were addressing a bunch of Ukrainian soldiers that surrendered at Muripol. One of the Chechnyans told them basically "we were divide and convinced to fight against our own countrymen and brothers, the most radical of us were supported to create a conflict" - and then he pointed out that the Azof Battalion, the Right Sector, etc - were being financially supported by the West. He pointed out that Al-Qaeda were enemies in Iraq, but in Syria, they were funded. The United States does this everywhere, notice how easily "our enemies" become "our friends". The Mujahideen were our friends, then we renamed them to the Taliban.

And I think that is what is being done. It's sad to see this unnecessary war and I blame Zelenskyy and Ihor Kolomoyskyi for it. They purposely egged on this conflict, and all it will do is destroy Ukraine and weaken Russia - and quite possibly Europe. It will just make the nations involved with this conflict weaker and more subject to the vultures.

I like him. I can't stand people that identify as "left" or "right" at this point. I think generally he's "this is how I view it, and here's the all the abundant evidence that I have collected to form my conclusion". All wars are awful. The longer it is, the worse it is.

I have no doubt that Russia will win this war, and if that is correct, that just means every Ukrainian killed died for nothing. I still hope for a quick end.

i looked and now rates are at 5+, but prices have not slowed down. very different market today. people buying are well qualified. I think rates need to hit double digits to curb inflation, just basing on what Reagan had to do.

what do you mean? im in CA still, previous owners in ID paying rentback for a few month, then we move. CA property we will likely sell, still going back and forth on renting it out for a year just to see how life goes in ID.
