There are plenty of other executives, from CEO down through lesser executive levels.

I think that some of the fear and trends in politics, including recent posts about corporate dominance of our government, Â can be traced to the older generation of white leaders who just can handle where demographics are headed. It is probably especially true for those who have led sheltered lives, and are now old, and set in their ways, and somehow never truly learned that we are all the same.They never learned what America's greatest strength actually is.
