so just got my property tax bill in the mail today, $2,463.. last year the bill was ~$5,400 according to the bill the house is valued now at 153,000 dollars last year it was assessed +330,000 don't think this is unusual or anything all the houses in this county are down more than 50%

but here's the real question, we have more kids than ever about 70% Hispanic recently flooding here from new york like a tidal wave, and from what i can tell sales taxes are pitfalling largely due to online sales becoming more prevalent and decreasing sales overall... where ohh where are they going to get money for the budget?? they're not taking any salary cuts.. county revenues are going to be down 50%, it looks like only a year or two till this whole place just implodes, unless they levy some heavy taxes

and here's the real kicker i just got approved mortgage relief.. i now pay 0% interest on both my mortgages for one year and it increases 1% a year, and yes i have a second mortgage for a total of more than 400,000, so at this point its no loss to me, wont be paying off the credit cards even though i could.. whats the point in worrying about my credit score now, i know im just going to ride these 0% interest rates for a year or two then pack up and leave at least that's the plan, thankfully for me florida has really good laws, they wont be able to hold me to the debt, ill be free and clear when i decide to stop payments and foreclose, and ill have enough cash saved up to buy two houses if i wanted
