Hollywood Fl, my hometown is falling like a Rock.
It is funny because the sellers are now confused. I see some listings shaving 50K off 225K, and then I see other Sellers raising 8 or 30K for the hell of it. As if to assert freewill, rather than giving into the whims of reality.

Oh that was June, yeah funny in RE two or three months ago, is like decade in this Market.
In June the guy wanted 225K for the house I bought, on July for 170K with appraised on Aug 1st for 160K
yeah prices are going up alright. 7 years ago.
