Precious metals will rise until the government quits trying to raise the price of real estate.
The government efforts to raise real estate prices are going straight to the price of gold and silver like I have mentioned several times here. And further real estate will remain overpriced until the government reduces its presence. And the price of oil will force the government out of real estate.
Who's buying what (gold or silver) and why? Are there ways to leverage these investments as with real estate? I like the idea of having a physical asset you can touch/see vs. a piece of paper representing some company which you have no control over. Thoughts?
