Too many variables left out of the post...... LTV, State, Condo, etc. I have used this company for decades and they have good rates, outstanding customer service and an easy to use plug in the numbers mortgage calculator at the bottom of the web site. Thank you. It looks like they want a 75% LTV. I only have an 80% now because I've been paying extra principal. I started at 80% 1.5 years ago. It's a SFH in Florida.
