any one know the link? Couldn't find via search

Many thanks to Troy for putting that out there. One small complaint: built in is the assumption of a mortgage interest deduction (cell B11). Yes, under current provisions in our tax code this is deductible, but it's my belief that this should not be deducted from a monthly mortgage calculation (in the spreadsheet). Too many morons out there are stretching themselves based on what a govt bribe rewards them for taking on debt. I would change this cell in the template to 0% and let people plug it in if they're curious. Any thoughts?
