Do they still include foreclosure prices as sale prices? Since thats what made it unrealistic before. Today according to them my place is worth about 40 grand more than it was just few weeks ago. Strange indeed.
Did anyone notice Zestimates recently? They seem to have been totally re-calculated. Looks like they have used a new algorithm. My impression of the new Zestimates is that they are more realistic, although it has skewed the values in Texas, where the Sold prices are not public by law. But looks like better valuations for most of my favorites, which are spread across California, Arizona, New Jersey, Connectucut.
