This is the same area as the property mentioned in the other thread (http://patrick.net/?p=827537). The rent seems quite a bit more aggressive on this place than that mentioned on the properties in that thread. I can't believe someone paid $749K for this in 2005 -- the math never worked on this one.

Really curious to see how much this one goes for.
I've been looking at multi-family options in Oakland, the past few months haven't really seen much inventory under $425k. In the past few weeks though there have been a couple hitting the market that appear to be great opportunities.
What do you think this will sell for?
