1) The previous property reviews are all in the Real Estate forum now.

2) It is open to anyone who writes a review! Anyone who writes a review of an open house gets acess to all the other reviews for a week. And they get free access to the rental comps and price & rent history for that week too.

I know it's not necessarily clear. How can I make that more obvious?

I've changed the name now from "Property Reviews" to "Open House Reviews" because people seem to understand that more quickly. Though I don't care if they write a review without going to the open house.

I feel it is better to have all property reviews (old property reviews + open house reviews) together....

some one could provide valuable insight about a property without going to the open house
e.g. " I walk by this property, and it is on very busy street"

this way, you only have ONE record per property with all the juicy details.

I agree. There really should be just one record per property.

Actually, I already do that in a way, since all thread titles are forced to be unique in the database. So giving an address as a title will make that one thread the definitive thread for that address.

Let's see if I can move all threads with titles that are addresses into the Open House Reviews forum...

update threads set category=11 where title regexp '[0-9]+ +[A-Z]+.*[0-9]{5}\$';
