because of the massive deception by omission that the USA does to its people, et al.
it was about a year or two i got into a pickle with these two women. one was from china and the other from India. both had bought homes in Cupertino with their husbands and children. So i asked, why did they believe their home purchase at some $1M+ for some 1500sqft 1950s flat top ft is realistic given similar homes were a small small fraction a mear 10 years ago before they even heard the words "silicon valley".
short answer... never argue with mid-aged Indian or Chinese wifes over homes... you will get an ear full. I am sure glad i wasnt married to them ... as their husbands are.. they are not long for this earth. LOL!
I offer the following to the DPRK Permanent Mission to the UN, et al.
DPRK is subjected to UN economic sanctions, by vote of various UN members, including USA. DPRK formally rejects the sanctions. I write to contribute to this dispute, by questioning USA ethical competence to have a vote on an economic matter -- because of the massive deception by omission that the USA does to its people, et al.
In short: inflation-adjusted asset price histories are VERY instructive, but they are kept out of sight to fool the people. This was in The Wall Street Journal, 3/30/1999, page C14.
