Those who bought homes in the bubble years are Poor Middle Class Households with little or no asset wealth. ..."

What is wrong with rich middle class households? It is paper wealth, and not liquid, BTW, unless you go the Fonzi reverse mortgage route or HELOC route.

Just out of curiosity, how do my cousin and her husband fit into this equation--personally I think the color scheme is making it hard to sell, I'm sure it was Melinda's idea. He's 65, I think she's 66--they've bought a condo about two minutes from where they live:
