It reveals I called his bluff and didn't have to reveal my home address to a psychopath, and doing so took little effort.
As I said, there is a purpose to ridiculing the village idiot. It discourages others from taking on the role.
The strategy of ignoring trolls simply does not work. CIC has been trolling here for years and isn't going to stop. Showing the troll to be a fool and a coward won't make him go away, but will show the public who he is and he will have fewer followers. The only ones who will follow him are those beyond redemption anyway.
However, if you have a better strategy, one that works, feel free to describe it. I am more than willing to change strategies if you can demonstrate a better one. Absent that, there is no reason not to ridicule the troll. This is what is done in the real world when people act stupid, and it serves a purpose there, the same that it serves here.

Yes, scans can be easily faked. And the timestamp still shows that you had plenty of time to get to the bar, especially since you were still begging to "meet up" a mere two hours earlier.
