In at least some cases, members reported that they received emails addressed to other people that contained the last four digits of other users' account numbers, raising concerns that their accounts had been hacked.
Any monkey can code. What's the down side to having the cheapest labor available write the critical financial infrastructure of our economy? What could possibly go wrong?
I paid off and cancelled my Costco Amex card a few weeks before deadline and canceled it. Still received Costco card from Citi which I activated. When the date came that I could start using it, I tried to link it to my Citi account to no avail. Called Citi and they say there is no record of card, I told them I have been using it at Costco but not charging it and that Costco has been accepting it at the register to prove my membership. Citi couldn’t explain how that is. Card expires 10/20 so I guess I have free Costco Membership for a while. Citi rep laughed and said some glitch must have happened because of the timing and that I should have never been able to activate the card because I canceled the Amex and never heard of such a thing happening.
I opened the Costco Citibank Visa new after the transition and have had no trouble including setting up payment from my regular bank.
I don't understand the Costco people
Aldi's is free of membership fees. Much cheaper, don't have to buy in bulk, never crowded, better produce, cheaper meat, clancy's brand is better than Kirkland.
Goofballs love their Costco, though

If I worked for Citi in their IT department, I would probably be looking for a new job (Realtor?) right now. I have done a number of major IT go-lives as a consultant. With proper planning, they all went well.
