The difference is (I believe) a cultural focus on finance education in those three cultures. Even white people dont get the right finance education they need to be successful.

I think the problem is their leaders. Black leaders, the liberals, who constantly scream that all blacks are worthless and are oppressed and there is no point of trying in life unless you are a basketball star or a drug dealer. They are fucking their own over with the message they are sending to their children, just so they can become their self appointed "leaders". Those people like Al Sharpton are real dirt bags. When a black man succeeds and does not agree with the message, they become a pariah of the "black leaders" group. Those fucks even were criticizing Obama until Obama came out to kiss their asses. I remember Sharpton criticizing Obama, because he was afraid that Obama would inspire black people to rise above stupid identity politics and make Sharptons of the world irrelevant.

There are a lot of illegal things that businesses, individuals, and the government do that are not prosecuted due to corruption of the courts. Those actions are still illegal, and the solution is to get rid of judges, prosecutors, and cops who are corrupt.

Often the law is contradictory. Affirmative Action and race quotas are, by definition in the later case, racial discrimination in hiring practices.

I've been laid off for being white. Seriously, they were laying off a group of people and didn't want a room full of non-whites in the room, so I got to be the one. Didn't matter that everybody in the other office that was getting laid off was white, since appearances is all the mattered. Really didn't bother me since I really hated the place and had wanted to quit for quite some time, and wanted the really nice severance package that I got. That and I ended up getting a better job quick enough anyway.

I've also had that experience, wanting to leave, and being happy to get the severance.

What sucks is that to get it you may have to sign some agreement that you will not say anything negative about the company, no matter if it's true.

Such agreements should be illegal. Basically the party with all the power can and does coerce the other party into "giving up" his rights. Not much different from holding a gun to a person's head. Sure you can choose to get shot, but is that really a free choice? Same thing when you are holding a person's financial life in your hands.

They use such payments make sure that the truth about their company is absolutely not transparent.
