Trump's outrage o meter after London = 11.
Trump's outrage o meter after Charlottesville = 2.Love it .
You're ignoring context.
London was yet another Muslim attack on random innocent people going about their daily lives.
Charlottesville was a very rare far-right attack on an angry mob of leftists armed with baseball bats looking for a fight.
The thing about selective editing is its just that. And if your life is in danger you will suspend those principals of yours and if you say otherwise you are a liar. I didn't condone any of this hate and violence. Be polite in the public space and don't force association is my rule. It's sad really because this is all about nothing. But there are machines that have programmed fervent opinion on both sides (imo the left moreso) to the point that facts don't matter so much any more... would you say that is an accurate observation?
Thanks, a good civil post talking about reality.
Civility is the first thing, and it was sorely lacking in Charlottesville.
There is an online campaign to find this guy right now.
Got a video with the context?
Did he just pull out a gun at random, or was he being threatened?
Yes, it was glaringly obvious in early 2016 that The Media had one goal to reach at any cost. Prevent a Sanders presidency.
They devoted most of their coverage to helping Trump, whenever they weren't working against Bernie.
The Media is just as happy with a Trump presidency then as they are now, it's an endless stream of click bait. They would have been equally as happy with Clinton. They knew that there was only ever one candidate who is a threat to the necrotic, nepotistic, Status Quo. And it definitely was never Trump. If you disagree, please explain how Trump is striking fear in their hearts. What does he threaten to the Oligarchy?
Now, I know Rew means well. Like I said there is some mass programming gone on that is deep. Xer's been trained a certain way. I know a circle of leftists... very much group-think leading to virtue-signaling and witty remarks as social currency. It's a pattern I've observed. Maybe I'm inaccurate, but it is a pattern I have noticed. Most leftists I see mean well, but the outcome record is absolute, fucking shit. Their outlook is not realistic.
Another excellent comment! Thank you!
1. Treats the other side with some understanding. Rew does mean well, but can't see past very deep prejudices to see that most people on the right also mean well.
2. "virtue-signaling and witty remarks as social currency" Yes! I see this all the time. The pattern is accurate.

You are making excuses. Trump cared more about London, b/c there were Muslim's to blame. In Charlottesville, it was a bunch of people trying to MAGA in Donald's name making a mess of the city. The terrorist probably voted for Trump. Charlottesville happened in Trump's backyard, and he should have cared more. However, it was politically inconvenient for him to call it a terrorist act, so instead Trump chose to lash out a a black CEO who bailed on his advisory council.

It's hard to expect civility from a people under duress of attack.
How quickly you forget that the Right Wing government has been waging their uber SJW war against it's own people for decades.
What does a civil response to this most UnAmerican of acts, look like in your POV?
After decades of war, I'm surprised that the response isn't more violent. But then again, the violent right wing government is waging war against what have always been the most peaceful kind of people. Great, Freedom loving Americans

What is it that people aren't understanding about the message coming from the right?
What ideas of theirs are being censored?
Why are you afraid to answer simple questions that may help others understand you better?
What are your fears, here?

People are deliberately misrepresenting ideas coming from the right. Just look at how James Damore is being portrayed, and then read what he really wrote.
Many ideas are being censored:
* All academic studies have shown that diversity lowers mutual trust and civic engagement.
* Globalization has caused great devastation to middle America.
* There is systemic discrimination against white men, deliberately excluding them from scholarships, univ. admissions, and jobs.
* The press presents only the left and never the right, since almost all journalists are leftists.
Not afraid to answer any questions.
My fear is exactly what James Damore wrote: we live in an ideological echo chamber, with public shaming and harsh economic consequences like firing for anyone who challenges even provably false ideas championed by the left.
* The press presents only the left and never the right, since almost all journalists are leftists.
That is true, however, most of the supposed "left" media is bloodthirsty while original leftists of 60's were anti-war. The only time they praise Trump is when Trump threatens to bomb some country.
I care much more deeply about right-wing terror in my own backyard. Yes. Biased? Yep!
FBI is aligned that way. Sorry!
So let's do a quick search about Rew's outrage for home grown Muslim mass shooter Farouk Sayed within Rew's patnet post..
Quick search reveals.................. zero post by Rew.
Want to lie again?

Either this driver is so stupid that he does not understand that he has immeasurably increased sympathy for anti-fa assholes, or it was a false flag operation simply intended to stir shit up. Ugh.
