Also, if your point is that a significant percentage of the American people think that the electoral college should be disbanded, well, that's a pretty justified belief. Are you actually defending the electoral college? Go on, justify its existence. Explain why our elections should not be decided upon the popular vote but rather a corrupt and archaic backroom deal making system. Go on.

Contract disputes are common with contractors. Ask anyone who's hired one to do a home remodel, and see if they were treated fairly or even legally. Cost overruns, delayed finish dates, disappearing for weeks or months to do other jobs, and of course springing last minute extra charges are all common. I'd be pretty surprised if a businessman with as extensive holdings as Trump doesn't have quite a history of contract disputes.
