This is the great deception. The democrats are doling out the cash like the Kings of old. The lobbyists and lawyers are like the Nobles.

If the Noble Elites who work for the government and their many institutions have not created a ransomish and unfair tax and cost structure onto the city, so that the subject want to leave, then what drives the 1/3rd to want to move - pray tell?

This is afterall the shrine of US liberalism and socialism. Why leave now, the liberal utopia is within reach.
