Let's watch the Dems argue against this. "Well, yeah, he killed 8 people in NYC and wasn't a citizen ... but still... we gotta be sensitive to cultural differences and extend extra protections to terrorist Killers by having an ordinary trial despite his obvious allegiance to a foreign terror group that US forces are actively engaged in military action against."
