The only country in the world that is going to shut down the government in order to attempt to force amnesty for illegal aliens.

Think about that. And the Dems will own it in November 2018. It'll be great fodder for political ads.

lol--the Trump shutdown was an obvious attempt to fire up the base and judging from the Trumpcucks here, it worked.

I'm afraid the base has shrunk to a point where they can't even win elections in Alabama or rural Wisconsin though so it doesn't bode well for Rs in 2018. Which is why you've seen so many "retirements" already, and will continue to see more over the next few months.

It means that 5 time draft dodging wanker shouldn't be calling her out for fucking over our military. Actually, all Republicans who did that should be held to task, because McConnell killed a bill to fund the military during the shutdown. Of course people in the RW echo chamber don't know that.

On top of that, the President has agreed at times to help the DACA people. He agreed to a deal with Schumer to get the wall. Most American's want that. The Republicans are just using the DACA people as hostages to negotiate more from Democrats. At least the Dems got CHIP funded and got McConnell to agree to look at DACA soon. That way, if / when there is another shutdown over DACA, it will be more clear who to blame.
